Interior Design Services

Interior design service fees vary depending on the size of the space to be designed and the style desired by the client. The procedure for ordering this service begins with a consultation, where the client can discuss their needs and preferences with our designer.

Once the design concept is agreed upon, the client will receive details of the drawings and services included in the fee. This is important so that the client understands what is included in the service package offered. In this way, we strive to provide a transparent and satisfying experience for every client who wants to create their dream space.

In this collaboration process, the client is expected to make a 100% payment after agreeing to the proposed offer. By paying the full amount of the total design fee, the client shows commitment to the project to be implemented. This payment is an important initial step to ensure that all parties involved have the same understanding of the scope of work and the costs involved.

Once payment is received, the design team can immediately begin the creative process with more focus and efficiency. Thus, the client and service provider can build a mutually beneficial and productive relationship in realizing the desired design vision.

In home design, there are various spaces that are often not included in the main design, known as service spaces. These spaces include areas such as gathering or dining rooms, toilets, storage, and areas for washing, drying, and ironing. In addition, elements such as service stairs, service corridors, carports, garages, terraces, and balconies are also included in this category.

Gardens, voids, pool decks, swimming pools, sauna rooms, and indoor lifts are also part of the spaces that are ignored in the main design. Usually, these spaces are not specifically designed unless there is a request from the client to design a specific space, such as a garage or laundry. An inclusive design will pay attention to every aspect of the space so that it is functional and comfortable for the occupants.

To make a payment in the 3D concept and design process, there are two stages that must be followed. The first stage is a down payment (DP) of 50% of the total project cost. This payment is required so that the 3D concept and design process can begin immediately. After this stage is completed, the customer will receive the initial results of the design that has been made.

The second stage is another 50% payment made for the creation of technical drawings and fine renderings. This payment is made after the initial design is approved and before the project is finalized. By following these stages, the customer ensures that each step of the process runs clearly and structured.

In the payment process for design creation, there are two stages that must be followed. The first stage is a down payment (DP) of 50% of the total cost, which is paid as a deposit to start creating the concept and 3D design.

After the first stage is completed and the client makes the payment, the next step is the second stage payment which is also 50%. This payment is used for the creation of technical drawings and fine renderings, which are the final stages in the design process. By following these two stages of payment, it is hoped that the project can run smoothly and in accordance with the client's expectations.

Completeness of interior design drawings is very important to provide a comprehensive picture of the project. In this case, there are several elements that must be considered, such as the concept of a furniture plan per room in 2 dimensions which will be the basis for the design. Furthermore, 3D interior modeling and rough rendering are needed for the initial presentation, while a fine visual rendering image will provide the final appearance of the design.

In addition, technical drawings and furniture details, both in 2D and 3D formats, must be prepared, including furniture layouts, table layouts, room cuts, and built in furniture details. However, it should be noted that floor plan layouts, exterior technical drawings, and exterior 3D drawings are not included in this completeness. Finally, an interior cost estimate in Excel format must also be prepared to assist in budget planning.

After the client informs us of the fixed layout of the building, we can immediately proceed with the design process. However, if the client does not have a layout or 3D model, we need to conduct a site survey which may be subject to additional costs or use the services of a building drafter to measure the space, windows, and doors. Furthermore, the client is expected to provide examples or references of the preferred design to make it easier for the designer team to make an offer.

Based on this information, the designer team will prepare a cost offer and issue a first-stage invoice. The subsequent payment process will be adjusted to the type of package chosen by the client. This will ensure that each stage runs smoothly according to the client's expectations.
