Stages of Ordering Home Renovation Design
Consultation Stages
At the consultation stage, the client is asked to provide the data needed to start the design process. The data required includes the location of the land, the size of the land, the preferred style of the house, the planned construction budget, and details of the space requirements. This information is very important so that the architectural team can better understand the client's tastes and needs.
After receiving all this information, the architectural team will prepare a floor plan sketch and provide an appropriate design cost quote, based on the estimated building area required. This process aims to ensure that the final result will meet the client's expectations in terms of both function and aesthetics, while still considering the specified budget.
Payment Stages
In the first stage of payment, the client is required to make a payment of 30% of the total agreed design cost for the creation of a floor plan. The floor plan is a very crucial element in a building design, because it will be the main reference in creating a 3D model and subsequent technical drawings.
During this stage, the client is allowed to make revisions to the floor plan without limitation, so that the desired results can be achieved. Once the floor plan concept is approved, the project will proceed to the second stage, namely the creation of a more detailed 3D model, which will represent the design visually. This process is very important to ensure that every aspect of the design is in accordance with the client's expectations before moving on to the next stage.
In the second stage of payment, the client makes a payment of 50% of the total design fee. This payment includes the creation of a three-dimensional (3D) model drawing that serves to determine the height, shape, and style of the building. In addition, the client will also receive a rough 3D exterior rendering image, which although not final, will provide a visual representation of 10 to 30 angles of the building.
These images are very important in spatial planning, because 3D technology allows clients who are not experienced in the technical aspects of buildings to get a better understanding of the appearance of both the exterior and interior of the building. Thus, the planning process becomes clearer and more effective.
In the third payment stage, the client makes a full payment of 20% of the total design cost for the creation of various important documents. This work includes fine visual rendering images for the exterior and interior, as well as working drawings or technical drawings required by the implementation team, contractor, or builder.
The documents provided include architectural technical drawings, structural technical drawings such as foundations and reinforcement, as well as electrical and plumbing technical drawings. After all the final files are prepared, the client will receive an A3 printout of the technical drawings and a flash disk containing a softcopy of the agreed files. It is important to note that at this stage no more revisions will be accepted. If all files in accordance with the offer have been received by the client, then the process can proceed to the next stage.

In our services, clients will get various facilities that ensure the design process runs efficiently and comprehensively. First, we provide free consultation to understand the client's needs. Next, we conduct a survey of existing building measurements, followed by the development of a sketch plan concept.
Once the concept is approved, we will produce detailed architectural CAD plans and 3D models, as well as exterior visualizations in 10 to 30 angles. We also present final visuals in 3 to 5 views to provide a clear picture.
